Bush failed to stop 9/11 attack

Months before the 9/11 attacks, former US President George Bush had received multiple "direct warning" from intelligence agencies, an article in New York Times said. The agencies had warned him of an "imminent" attack by al Qaeda, but he didn't take any prompt action to prevent it from happening.
